#65. Love is not enough...

Since I remember myself, I wanted to be a mother and a teacher. These two topics are very close to my heart – motherhood and education. I was asked a question : “ How can we help our children today?”. To raise children in today’s world is a mammoth task. Maybe more than ever. Shinichi Suzuki’s words: “ Where love is deep, much can be achieved” echoes in our heart, but we need to add to love more things.   What is the essence of education? We will continue to explore these questions in future episodes. In this episode we’ll talk about listening. In Suzuki Talent Education, listening comes before practice. It’s the core of learning a mother tongue. The question of how to establish listening habit has been asked through many years of teaching.
