If you worked for someone and didn’t give great customer service, even if the customer is your company, you would be out of a job. And as a business owner, if you didn’t give great customer service you would be out of business. You need to breath and eat to stay alive. You need to give great customer service to stay in business.
Today’s show is about focusing on the things you do better or different than your competition. Make yourself stand out with the things you do that are unexpected or above and beyond. Everyone gives great customer service. Or so they think. Tell people what that phrase means for your business.
