💖 65. The Ultimate Breakup

Change in 2023 is going to look different for each and every person.  Change is going to come through relationships…perhaps it’s a relationship with money, or maybe food, or work, or people.  Regardless, the year of change is here. Even though change is going to look different for each person, the one thing that is consistent with everyone is that you must go through the ultimate breakup.  It is breaking up with the old self. If we bring the old self with us into our change, it is going to bring the old thought patterns, limiting beliefs, fear, worry, self-doubt etc., which just leads us down the path of feeling stuck.  Being stuck doesn’t serve our highest good.
