Elle a été racheté par la ville il y a un an, le projet démarre tout juste, comme l'écosystème d'acteurs qui s'y installent petit à petit : un potager s'est mis en place, ainsi qu'une entreprise de livraison à vélo.  Un podcast qui bénéficie de financements de l'ADEME.
