The creator of Brooklyn’s Butter & Scotch bakery and bar has co-founded Izzy’s, a new plant-based cocktail brand delivered to homes across Paris. Allison talks about moving to Paris during the pandemic, the synergies between baking and cocktail mixology, and her favorite drinks for the season.
