Is time your biggest challenge? I know for a long time it was mine. This year my word is refinement and that started with me getting really honest about how I was managing and spending my time. Time is the only fair thing in this world and it's up to us to make sure we're spending it as the best version of ourselves. Mastering time is about breaking habits we know aren't serving us and turning them into something that will help us thrive.
