A little about our guests. Michelle and Adam both grew up in California, but not near each other. Michelle grew up in South Lake Tahoe while Adam grew up in the Cowboy Capital of the World, Oakdale. Michelle is creative and loves a great cup of coffee and bargain shopping. Adam is all about the outdoors. He loves camping, fishing, dirt biking and anything outside. Both are very involved in their church. Michelle and Adam’s pure joy comes from daughter Hannah Grace who is almost 2 years old. A little about their business. Adam has always been an entrepreneur. As a child he would create opportunities for himself. In his early 20’s he jumped onto his first real entrepreneurial adventure by joining a network marketing company. He began to speak and train others and realized his love for that type of business. Michelle joined Adam’s team shortly after he started in the company to get him to like her (true story.) They started working together when they first starting dating, continued the relationship and business and eventually got married. They found they really enjoyed both being entrepreneurs and each other. Michelle is the creative partner, Adam nurtures the idea and together they have created a training company for people in network marketing. Starting with the book “Don’t be That Guy in Network Marketing,” Michelle and Adam are now coaching, training and creating more training in the etiquette arena for those entrepreneurs in network marketing. One piece of advice (the nutshell version) Know your partner’s love language. Don’t try to be each other’s boss. Be accountable to each other, but don’t try to boss each other. Work in your strength zone.
