"Art represents the postcard from the journey the artist took." Alan John Hewitt lives to make art, and he views it as a meditative practice that holds his life together. As a full time gardener, Alan sees creativity in everything around him, and he's constantly educating himself and providing the value back to the world through self publishing, poetry, music, photography and art. I truly enjoyed my conversation with Alan because he's a prime example that we can all make ourselves into much more of who we are.
