663 | What Changed In January 2024 – Part 2

In this episode, I want to share part 2 of a personal story that has been tough to share and how I almost threw in the towel on my business on December 31st, 2023. In this episode, we discuss: 1) 2023 brought incredible challenges that were not easy to navigate and brought up a ton of doubts, lack of belief, and imposter syndrome. 2) I found myself putting the wall up/armor because it wasn't safe to share yet, and feeling lost and lack of belief in myself. 3) Getting clear on the vision I wanted, I cleaned up the energy leaks, focused on how I wanted my life and business to feel, and went all in on myself, my health, my business, and my clients and I started making it fun again!
