67. Empowering Yourself to Make a Career Transition Today’s episode is focused on how to make the decision for yourself on whether or not to make a career transition. I think that we all consider leaving when we are having a bad day, but how many people actually do it?  Sometimes these decisions are thrust upon us (layoffs, reorganizations, etc), but we always have the choice to make these decisions for ourselves. How do you make this decision though? In this episode: I share a bit about how I made the decision to transition away from my company and then decided to start my own company. Share a story of a client who struggled so much she didn’t want to get out of bed in the morning to go to work and was miserable...what she did to make her decision when the pain was too great.
