67: Heart Chakra Trauma

It's the middle of the energetic chain and the middle of the series on trauma: the heart chakra. It's a unique energy center because it can easily reflect trauma that happens in other chakras, as well as show it's own injuries. We'll talk about where that trauma can come from, how you might notice it in your life, and what we can do to take steps toward healing.
