She has consulted in the areas of strategy and marketing, and is recognized for her ability to build consensus and collaborative partnerships. Kim received the Charlotte Business Journal’s Most Admired CEO award in 2018 and Best Places to Work Award in 2019, the Mecklenburg Times Most Influential Women Award in 2016 and Icon Award in 2019, and has received recognition in Scoop Charlotte, and South Park Magazines.
