We talk about mindfulness and it's role into relationships, with friends, with family and kids and customers by helping who's practicing to have a more open mindset to understand that each one has something to bring on the table. Because in that moment when the customer is yelling our "monkey mind" needs to see our emotions and let the frustration go and only once it's gone we are ready to let go. And we are sure that everyone wants to have a mindful person on the other side of the phone, particularly when there are emotions involved.
