The topic of money often brings up big big feelings, and its importance is often magnified due to its tie-in with our survival and status. I definitely reference the Barbie movie more than once because...it's so relevant to how we think about money. Although money is currently a source of stress for you, it can also be a powerful vehicle for growth and change when approached with the right mindset. For funsies, we talk quite a bit about free or low-cost ways of healing your mind-body. For instance:Take advantage of my (temporarily) free Immersive journaling program.Learn about fasting and its healing benefits from Dr. Mindy Pelz, and consider incorporating it into your healing journey. Check out her free resources on fasting.Explore bilateral stimulation techniques, such as left-right tapping or EFT tapping, to delve into the subconscious mind and promote healing. Search for YouTube channels that provide free tutorials on these techniques.Consider investing in one-on-one coaching for accountability and guidance in your healing journey. While it may be more expensive, it can provide valuable support and guidance and usually saves you money and time in the long run.Look for creative ways to generate income...I just saw this happen in a FB group for moms and was impressed!Remember that the best moments in life often have nothing to do with money. Focus on cultivating connections with loved ones, finding joy in simple experiences, and prioritizing your overall well-being and security.Recognize that true security comes from a deep knowing and connection with yourself, others, and a higher power. Tap into these sources of security to find peace and stability."Believe in your ability to innovate and create. You are here to create abundance, whether financial or in your relationships. Embrace your creative self and watch the abundance flow". - Dawn WigginsPost Divorce Roadmap - 21 Days of Guided JournalingJoin The list for A Different D Word, our personalized healing program.Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/MyCoachDawnInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/dawnwiggins/On the Web: https://www.mycoachdawn.comA podcast exploring the journey of life after divorce, delving into topics like divorce grief, loneliness, Support the showYou can't think your way into healing 🥵 You have to practice your way there 👭If you're ready for the next step, learn more about  A Different D Word and apply here ✨
