67. Rebel with Awareness

In this episode Chandresh shares his childhood experiences in recognizing the privilege he grew up with in the Brahmin Caste in India. Through these experiences, he learned to channel his privilege to bring empowerment and strength to those around him through unlearning and rewiring a lot of the belief systems around him. After moving from India to the US, he started seeing a different caste system heavily influenced by race. In this episode, he discusses how racism is deeply rooted in our minds and why change has to happen from a deeper fundamental level to make permanent change. He also discusses how to rebel with awareness by choosing your own path, and by stepping away from shaming others if their path looks different from your own.
