On Episode 67, We are again joined by someone who is an expert in 1031 Exchanges. Did I lose you already? Well, how about this? You are trading real estate for other real estate while not paying capital gains on it. Pretty cool, right? Ryan Matthews is an expert and specializes in real estate.
