67: Spotlight on Client, Caroline Arthur

Because her mum was a ‘successful’ housewife, she’d tried for years to fit that same puzzle piece to her own life.After a serious health scare though, Caroline ended up transforming her life, learning: - An understanding and love for herself - The knowledge to fill her cup first so she has something to give- A killer mission statement to work towards- The understanding that we don’t have just one purpose!For Caroline, shifting her perspective felt like she had “changed the colour of things”.
