Men are encouraged to share the programs they're doing, books they've enjoyed reading, movies they like, podcasts they're enjoying, exercises, recipes, cool projects, etc. It's to build a brotherhood, to bond, to vulnerably share their struggles as well as their wins. The site is held by Elysia Buss, who is the only woman allowed on the site. Men will be offered a safe space to vulnerably lean into a community of men to ask questions and speak on topics they are struggling with. In doing so, they will have a support network, and a sort of brotherhood to help lift them up, as well as hold them accountable in a healthy, non judgmental fashion.
