67. Unlearning Mastery

Join me today as I talk through some of the major shifts in my personal development journey.  Interestingly enough the shifts were made possible not by any concept that I learned rather states of being that I had to unlearn.  In order to get to that next level for you it is not enough to just learn new ideas.  The Shift happens when you integrate these new ideas, beliefs, behaviors into your thinking/feeling state of being.  I truly believe that in order to discover our most authentic self we need to unlearn (unbecome) who have been in order to reveal the best of who we are.    My hope is that we are creating a community by way of this podcast.  My goal is to teach this work to ONE MILLION people.
