I was talking as if the children weren't there, even I knew they were. Maybe if I spoke about the situation in this manner, I would not have to address the mess... The Kitchen! Why do we talk as if they aren't there, hoping they will read between the lines? And we do this not only with our children, but with our husbands. Why whine and complain? Just ask. How are you leading your family? How are you leading your friends? How are you leading YOU? The K.I.S.S. ~ Lead with your walk and talk (walkie talkie)! Be intentional. Be present.
