68. Creating Conditions for Change

In this episode we talk about how to create the conditions for change in our roles in education. Do you ever find yourself frustrated that so many things in education seem exactly the same as they have been for decades? If this is the case then you probably need to focus on your environment and culture. It is vital that you have created the best conditions for change in whatever environment you currently work. If we fail to create fertile ground for change then we are very unlikely to actually see anything change for the better. This work really starts with us as educational leaders and whether we can create a vision compelling enough to draw everyone in!
