Who needs to slow down their brain and who needs to take a step away from all of this consumption and screen time." - She was going through the motions and wasn't feeling present in her body. Not burnout - but numbness.    Ask yourself these questions:  - How are you feeling? - What do you need right now?  - What would you do right now if you broke up with all the 'shoulds' going on in your head?   Preparation: - She's auditing her current screen time - Setting intentions for the next 90 days - Taking a break, but not putting a number on it.
