#68 Female Leadership

A high value approach is the answer to overcome the misfit-feeling „ugly duckling“ of especially women in patriarchic structures. @Kristin ENGVIG, founder of @WIN, one of the greatest international female empowerment conferences, defines high values work context as Nurturing Caring Relaxing Intuitive Sharing Men and women are not competitors, as media wants to suggest.
