68. Self Realization- The Essential Revolution

from Chandresh B. presents The Leela Show

It has become so difficult for us to experience self realization and peace without looking for the answers outside of us. It is very easy for the mind to constantly blame and look for the answers externally, but the truth is the solution lives within us. In this episode, Chandresh talks about the spiritual interpretation of the Black Lives Matter Movement, including the problem with selective compassion- when we are not able to perceive humans through the lens of awareness, but instead through division and different belief systems. He also discusses the relationship between collective karma and individual actions, and concerns with protests as they relate to the WallStreet and Me Too Movements. Instead of reacting with anger, it's important to cultivate and work on finding solutions. With the help of two mantras, we hope this episode helps all seekers cultivate a deeper meaning to the protests, and a stronger connection to the path of self realization.    The two mantras from this episode include:  Bhagwad Gita:  yada yada hi dharmasya  glanir bhavati bharata abhyutthanam adharmasya  tadatmanam srjamy aham   vasudhaiva kutumbakam which means the world is one family.   Useful links: Chandresh's YouTube Channel Find Your Source of Happiness - 21 Day Challenge Private Guidance Program with Chandresh Buy the book - Break the Norms  Instagram: @cbmeditates About Chandresh: Chandresh Bhardwaj is a seventh generation tantra teacher, spiritual advisor, and speaker.
