Odds and Ends: T.J. watched The Terror again, and it’s uhh, it’s good, you should watch it; T.J. and Nick saw Barbarian, and it’s uhh, it’s good, you should watch it; we talk about the Super Mario trailer and the multiple Pinocchio movies released this year and uhh, no good, full stop. Feature film: Our friend Chris brought us a Tubi dubi of horror, so we’re talking about both The Descent and Magnetic Rose, the latter of which is a short that’s part of the anthology film Memories (which we touch on as a whole a little, too). One is about a group of people venturing into the depths of an unknown cave and discovering some hidden horrors while also wrestling with some personal shit, and the other… is very similar, just swap the cave for a spaceship.
