Her career began in Trinidad and Tobago where, as an R&B singer, her music quickly climbed the charts of the airways and television. She was a household name. She received her first recording contract through KH records. The Prime Minister of Trinidad and Tobago, attended the launching of her very first album. Later, she shared the stage with many internationally acclaimed starts, such as, Michael Jackson, Pattie LaBelle, Lionel Ritchie, Cindy Lauper, James Brown, Phyllis Hyman, Millie Jackson, Roberta Flack, KC and the Sunshine Band, Natalie Cole, Sister Sledge, Kool and the Gang, The Spinners, The Commodores, Mongo Santa Maria, Teddy Pendergrass, Israel Houghton of Israel and New Breed and many others. Ms. Addison developed several businesses including her distributorships with Diamite Corporation and Symmetry Corporation which grossed millions of dollars over several years. She was recognized by both companies for outstanding performance. She travelled locally and around the world to train and develop business groups in areas of business skills and in Nutrition. In addition she produced and hosted several radio and television programs. Today Carol is committed to expanding her horizons in service of the kingdom of God. Her life has been transformed by the Holy Spirit. She is driven by the desire to win souls for Christ. Through her music ministry, she spreads the good news of the Gospel, locally and abroad. She is ordained as an Elder and functions in leadership in the body of Christ. For several years she led the Praise and Worship plus the Music department at His Majesty International Fellowship in Brooklyn, New York. Currently she serves at the Hungry 4 God Church in leadership, as a worship team leader and intercessor. She is also Chaplain with the New York Regional Police Association where she serves the community in the privileged capacity of God’s hand extended.
