Summary

The third reason your bookings could be falling is your customers are struggling to find the right product for them. One way to assist them is to have a smart tour search available on most of your pages. This may allow them to search by destination, activity and date range. This allows them to search on specifics and hopefully find what they are looking for. One page a site search should not be present on is your main product/selling page. Once there the only option you want to give your customers is to book. Whatever you do, don’t give them any reason to leave your main selling page!
