He has been a member of the Local 19 since he graduated high school in 1985. He worked in the trade as an Apprentice for 4 ½ years. 8000 hours of combined schooling and hands on the job training. When he completed his apprenticeship he had zero student debt, it was all paid for from the employers at Local 19.
