With a strong academic background, Sue brings to her consulting an in-depth understanding of the science behind flow state & optimal performance, complementing her extensive practical tool kit of psychological strategies and skills to help clients create positive change in their lives.     In 1999, Sue co-authored the ground-breaking Flow in Sports: The Keys to Optimal Experiences and Performances, with the founder of flow, Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi, while working as an academic researcher in sport psychology. In 2024, Sue published a new book on flow, Experiencing Flow: Life Beyond Boredom and Anxiety.
