from PMDD Redeemed | Emotional Regulation, Cycle Syncing, Monthly Cycle Hormones, Christian Women, Hormone Imbalance · host Lauren Collins | Registered Nurse, Wellness Coach, Life Coach

Happy New Year! And Happy 1st year to the podcast on December 18th! Crazy how times goes by!  I'm so thankful for each and every one of you who has supported and listened to this podcast! My hope and prayer is that it has blessed, helped and encouraged you on your journey through PMS, PMDD, mood swings and hormonal imbalances. For this first episode of 2025, I wanted to share 2 things I ditched/ removed/ changed in 2024 and what I'm hoping to add or change for the upcoming year to support my endocrine and reproductive system. It's always encouraging to look back and see what small (or big) changes you made and celebrate them, and then make more goals for what's coming up! So have a listen, and I'd encourage you to spend a few minutes reflecting on some of your big or small emotional regulation or hormonal balancing changes you've made! Lauren Join the 8-Week Hormone Reset Challenge for Christian Women! January 13th kicks off the start of this FREE challenge! It's a great opportunity to set the foundation for healthy hormones and emotions, for syncing WITH the natural rhythms God intended for us as women. Each week, a new topic will be discussed that helps point us more in the direction of natural, real and raw, and away from unnatural, fake and filtered- exactly the way God designed it to be for us! There's accountability, encouragement, prizes at the end and a 17-page workbook for completing homework and staying in the game.
