69. A Gallery by the Bay with Alyssa Marie

This week’s episode features Florida based muralist and gallery owner, Alyssa Marie. I was referred to Alyssa by one of my Artist Academy Advanced students, Lyssa England, who just raved about how positive, ambitious, and overall amazing Alyssa is; and she was right. Alyssa is one of those infectiously positive, instantly friendly kind of people. She’s living the dream in Florida running her own gallery, staying busy doing all the things that come with working for yourself, and doing it all with a smile on her face. She hasn’t been full-time for that long, just 3 years and it only took about 6 months for her to get up and going. She mentions how she dove headfirst into this artist life, said yes to everything to gain momentum and now has an awesome art business in the sunshine state!
