Frågan om åldersdiskriminering i reklambranschen får alltmer uppmärksamhet. Digitalisering, hög konkurrens och att branschen är storstadscentrerad är några av de förklarande faktorerna. Jerker Belvert, 69-årig art director och creative director på Gullers grupp, menar att byråerna måste bli bättre på att värdera en heterogen åldersstruktur. "Det är blandningen som är intressant och hållbar i längden. Det må vara lite dyrare nu men blir billigare i längden". Samtidigt känner han att de över 50 stundtals blir lite gnälliga.
