69: Finding Freedom with The Universal Law of Forgiveness

from Our Reimagined Life: Empowering Me, You, and Us Seeking Happiness and Self Worth · host Julie Siomacco

What if the very thing keeping you from peace, joy, and abundance isn’t outside of you at all, but the weight of unforgiveness you’ve been carrying? In this episode of Our Reimagined Life, I’m continuing our Summer mini-series on the Universal Laws for Beginners, and today we’re exploring the Law of Forgiveness. This law is not optional for a life of freedom—it’s the doorway to love, creativity, health, and abundance. I share my own story of carrying resentment for years, how it shaped my relationships, and the shift that happened when I finally chose to forgive. We’ll talk about the two sides of forgiveness—toward others and toward ourselves—and why both are necessary for living free. Forgiveness isn’t about excusing the past or pretending it didn’t matter. It’s about releasing yourself from the heavy chains of resentment so you can live in alignment with divine love. You’ll also learn practical steps you can take to begin your own journey of forgiveness—reflection, reframing, releasing, and even a mantra to help you feel the shift in your body. And we’ll return to the words of Jesus, who reminded us to forgive “seventy times seven,” meaning its something we much consistently do. If today’s episode spoke to you, would you do me a favor? Share it with a friend who might need this reminder, and leave a review at ratethispodcast.com/ourreimaginedlife. So that we can spread this message to more people who are ready to reimagine their life. I love you, Julie
