This class is fun, but challenging. You can explore Lotus Pose (Padmasana), as well as the Scales (Tolasana). Lotus Pose (Padmasana in Sanskrit) is the primary pose for Yoga Meditation. Its main purpose is the perfect grounding of Muladhara Chakra combined with an optimum pranic seal (called Mudra) for Kundalini meditation. Scale Posture (Tolasana - sometimes called Uttpluthi) is a pose which re-energizes the yogi after a strenuous practice. Namaste. (this is a class for more advanced yogis, but give it a try no matter your level of practice. Please take care of your knees!!!).
