Before his current role Matt was a 2X Olympic Coach for the US Ski Team from 2014-2022 winning 2 Nations cups, multiple World Champs Medals and an Olympic Medal. Gnoza, who coached the moguls C team for the 2014-15 season and was the freestyle program director at the Killington Mountain School in Killington, VT.
