With men ‘falling behind’ women in many aspects of life from university attendance to career success, the question being asked is ‘How do we help men find success and meet women where they are?” While valid, I believe it’s fundamentally the wrong question because it ignores a foundational principle about men and women: men don’t want to compete with women, they want to care for women.I explore some history and including Agrarian times and the 1950s American housewife/breadwinner era. This episode discusses how Industrial capitalism actually played a much bigger role in the division of men and women than most people recognize. I also get into the foundational difference that acknowledges how men love things, while women love people and why that’s an important piece within this conversation of how to bring men and women back together.When asking the question how do we get men to be great again?
