Jared is an entrepreneur, husband, dad, adventure seeker, Ironman, and endurance athlete who broke his addictions to drugs and alcohol by tapping into the power of fitness through community driven experiences. In this episode Jared talks about exploring what the mind and body can do through endurance sport. We learn how he went from the couch to Ironman competitor.
