What this episode covers
In Harris County Texas, as well as several other jurisdictions in Texas, which is my home state, prosecutorial misconduct has run rampant. Prosecutors have ruined the lives of hundreds of children and their parents. It’s the prosecutors who ought to be locked up for a lack of common sense. Zero-tolerance is often a cop-out to common sense, critical thinking, and taking responsibility. But when you have more and more organizations, government, social, political, business, and charitable, that demand everyone walk in lock-step or face the wrath of all that can be thrown, it’s time to hit the pause button and think about things.
