7/02/2023- Ep 12.2: "Ask, Seek, Knock"

How do we rightly approach God in prayer and asking for the things we want? Do we cower in fear when we speak to Him? Should we approach Him at all? In Matthew 7, Jesus teaches us that we are able to ask, seek, and knock boldly because we are His children. He also goes on to teach that to love others as we love ourselves might mean something altogether different than what we are accustomed to thinking.1. Acknowledging that we are truly His children, and that we have been living in obedience, have we been asking, seeking, and knocking for what is on our hearts?2. How can we glorify God in our vocation, our educational pursuits, our business, etc.?3. Understanding the golden rule in its totality, how can we treat others like we want to be treated?
