We've all been there.  Working for someone we don't respect, don't want to listen to or simply can't stand them. You know what I mean?  And then we've all probably experienced somebody we loved working for, even if the job wasn't our favorite.  That difference most likely could have been working for a manager versus a leader.  Funny thing is, in my experience, I've had some great leaders I've worked for but in baseball, they're all called managers.  I'll talk about that difference in today's program and give you a few examples of what that looked like for me and how it made a difference in my career.  Could the same be true for you?
