Dr. Ken begins hour two with a quick science lesson regarding “The Kessler Effect” & its impact on dense objects in low Earth orbit becoming so high that collisions between these objects create a cascade of debris, posing significant risks to satellites and space missions. He then moves into his Top 5 @ 5 to share the biggest stories over the past 24 hours including a 35 year old man accused of killing his own 4 year old son appearing in court and the stern words from the judge, a teacher at local high school Rufus King charged with sexual misconduct receiving her sentence after a guilty plea, and Elmnt lounge on Water St facing backlash and potential revocation of their license after five people were shot Saturday morning among other stories in the news cycle. Later in the hour Dr. Ken touches on other topics including an emergency plan for families and those lacking preparation when issues arise, chats with a caller who was inspired by another caller from hour one regarding tech and the vast amount of options out there, along with Dr. Ken posing an interesting question to his producer Glenn to close out the show.
