Sheldon Smith more popularly known for his stage name ‘iMaaki’ was born in the parish of St Thomas on the 7th day of December in the year 1991. He was raised in a small town called Font Hill with his mother and younger sister. He attended the Font Hill Basic School then on to Font Hill Primary School where he then graduated to Seaforth High School in the same parish. iMaaki started writing in high school at the age of 14 but recorded his first song at age 15 just before he graduated. He continued his journey towards achieving his goal to become an international recording artiste.
