That means that seven out of 10 people are working just hard enough to not get fired. It also means that many people are looking for a change. Oftentimes people think about change coming from these big “a-ha" moments, but real change comes when we begin to make small repetitive changes in our lives that can build momentum and eventually create an inertia of positivity.
