7/28/22 On The Mark: Mark & Joe host Northumberland County Commissioner Chair Sam Schiccatano, then Mark is rebuked for being rude to Kat caller

Mark Lawrence and Joe McGranaghan host Northumberland County Commissioner chairman Sam Schiccatano and Nathan Savidge, Chief Clerk, on the business and administration of running the county post pandemic, with staffing shortages and holding the line on taxes. Sam said their board has kept taxes low, the prison is under budget and the board gets along swimmingly.  We talked prison staffing, general staffing, courthouse renovations, the 'gold dome' and other topics. During open phones, we argued about Britney Griner, and Mark was rude to a caller. We discussed COVID Wuhan origin theory, and Pres. Trumps call for 10,000 troops on Jan. 6th.
