Pastor Cynthia Hearse is a native of Wharton, TX, and has been in the ministry of proclaiming God’s Word for thirty-two years and pastoring for five years. Pastor Cee has an Associate Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s in Accounting. Realizing her purpose in life, she attended and graduated from Hilliard Vocational Bible Institute, a two-year program with courses of study designed to provide training to believers who sense a call of God on their lives to work in ministry. Pastor Cee has been commissioned by God to bring healing and restoration to the heart and minds of God’s people.
