Having taken up the sport as a junior and pursuing college golf in the USA, Annabel has a long and stellar career.  She has been a host on the NBC Primetime TV show on the Golf Channel in America.  She is a qualified PGA Professional and journalist at The Australian Golf Digest.

Annabel has multiple degrees in psychology and is currently pursuing a business career as a performance psychologist.

Annabel has effortlessly transitioned from a career in golf, to a career in journalism and business, and in this episode she shares with us some great insights on creating a performance mindset - eliminating negative biases and improving both your golf game as well as your mental game for business!
