Aber es gibt auch viele Vorteile. Z.B. Ich komme aus Indien und arbeite in Deutschland. Hier habe ich bessere Chancen in Bezug auf Geld, Flexibilität und Work-Life-Balance (WLB). Natürlich hängt es vom Land ab. Ein entwickeltes Land bietet bessere Arbeitsbedingungen, Gesundheitsversorgung usw an. Die Nachteile gibt es natürlich auch. Der Mensch wird oft aufgrund von Rasse, Hautfarbe, Geschlecht usw diskriminiert. Man hat immer Angst, seinen Job zu verlieren. Am schwierigsten ist es, neue Fremdsprachen zu lernen. Außerdem vermisst man seine Familie, die er im Heimatland zurückgelassen hat. Abschließend möchte ich sagen, dass ich gern im Ausland würde. Tatsächlich arbeite ich schon im Ausland (Deutschland) und es gefällt mir sehr gut! Hier habe ich weniger Arbeitsstress und höhere Lebensqualität.
