That is anyone who wants to do good in the world.He is one of the best people you will ever meet, always making time for people and groups and is the fun educational character for children Costa the Garden Gnome. Costa crossed live with us 3 times as we rode the Peloton Against Plastic and filmed several promotional skits for us prior to the ride.
