7-Figure Problems

I just recorded a podcast with Chris Reynolds from the Entrepreneur House… he asked a bunch of good questions, but one of them that stood out was “what is a problem that you see many 7-figure store owners facing?” I had two answers, because it really depends on what type of eCommerce business the person owns. If they’re importing / manufacturing / holding inventory the main issue I see people struggling with is managing cash flow as rapid growth requires tons of cash.
