Mabuhay les ami.es! I'm back with another episode. I am happy to be able to sustain this podcasting of mine finish all the way to Food. I had certain topics I wanted to tackle before I start freestyling about my future episodes. I wanted to be able to touch the basics first. That way, I can just refer back as I talk about more topics.  As an uprooted immigrant, food is our direct connection to our "home".
